NIHCF Consulting & IT Solutions is a Black woman and minority-owned IT consulting firm delivering comprehensive digital services throughout the Washington D.C. metro area (DMV) and nationwide. With over 25 years of experience, we specialize in web development, branding and marketing, graphic design, strategic business consulting, IT services and cybersecurity, SEO, and social media management.

Based in Maryland, we serve clients throughout the DMV and across the United States—from Atlanta to New York, Texas to California. We combine deep technical expertise with creative innovation and a culturally-informed perspective that sets us apart.
As a Black woman in tech, I've spent over two decades proving we belong in every room, at every table, writing every line of code. Our Mission

NIHCF Consulting & IT Solutions exists to create economic opportunities through technology while championing diversity in the IT sector. As a Black woman and minority-owned firm, we prove that excellence and representation go hand in hand. Inspired by Maya Angelou's wisdom, we believe in thriving, not just surviving. We empower businesses throughout the DMV and nationwide with web development, branding, IT services, cybersecurity, SEO, and strategic consulting that drives real growth. We're building a legacy of representation, creating pathways for underrepresented voices in technology, and proving that innovation flourishes when diverse perspectives lead.

Community Involvement

At NIHCF, giving back is central to who we are. I serve on non-profit boards throughout the DMV, providing technology consulting and strategic guidance to help organizations grow their digital capabilities and access the tools they need for success. I also lead minority business workshops supporting new and existing businesses in building their digital footprint—covering website development, social media strategy, SEO, and cybersecurity basics. These workshops empower underrepresented entrepreneurs with the knowledge to compete and thrive online. Our community work reflects our mission: creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and ensuring everyone has access to the technology resources they need to succeed.
