Refund Policy

We are dedicated to offering premium website, cloud, and database services tailored to our clients’ specific needs and goals. In the event a client is not content with our delivered services, we have established a refund policy under certain stipulations.

Refunds are permissible only if the final product, be it a website, cloud service, or database, deviates from the agreed-upon specifications as stipulated in our service contract. This could encompass missing features, malfunctioning services, or subpar quality.

Clients wishing to request a refund should submit a detailed written claim to support@nihcf.com, expressing their reasons for dissatisfaction and the ways in which the service has failed to meet the contracted specifications.

Upon receipt of a refund claim, our quality assurance team will review it within a 7-day period. If the claim is validated, we will attempt to resolve the issue in cooperation with the client. If the issue remains unresolved to the client’s satisfaction, a refund may be granted.

If a refund is approved, the client will be issued a full or partial refund, depending on the severity and extent of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, using the original payment method utilized to procure the services.

Please note, we do not accept returns for digital services, such as website development, cloud, and database services, adhering to standard industry practices.

In an effort to ensure fairness and resolve disputes, we also offer an arbitration service for all refund claims. This will involve using a reputable legal consulting firm to mediate any disagreements or conflicts in regard to refunds.

Our company retains the right to decline a refund if the request is deemed fraudulent, or if the client has violated the terms of the service contract. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal use of delivered services, unauthorized modifications, and failure to pay in full for services rendered.

This refund and return policy may be revised at any time without prior notice. However, we commit to promptly inform our clients about any modifications to this policy.
